i5-10210U CPU with the latest Intel drivers. The 1st “Variant id” shows " transcodeHwEncodingTitle=“Intel (QuickSync)” as if it will h/w transcode it then you immediately get another “Variant id” which is exactly the same except now missing h/w transcoding parts out: This is an extract from the Plex transcode log. I am on the latest PMS and graphics drivers and still no h/w transcoding on UHD 630.
